  • The team member will be a member of a team of data management consultants that drive builds of the Enterprise Party Application, Enterprise Party Identification and Consolidation (EPIC). This individual will be responsible for working with internal Data Management Insights (DMI) and external business partners to complete the vision of Party Master Data Management (MDM) application supporting non-discretionary risk and regulatory work. This work will require extensive business knowledge of Customer and Party data across the Enterprise coupled with strong data analytic skills to ensure the party data within EPIC meets requirements and creates sustainable solutions. This person will grow relationships with our partners by identifying and creating Enterprise Party business requirements to support the transformation of EPIC into the Enterprise Party Master solution.

  • The team member will partner with a team of professionals (employees, contractors and statement of work resources across the Enterprise) to support the Enterprise Party Application road map in the following ways
  • Assist with the creation of automated Data Quality Processing
  • Create Data Profiling Routines
  • Identify data issues with the platform and create high level remediation plans
  • Work with internal EPIC and other partners on executing data clean-up efforts
  • Support business partner Party data reporting needs
  • Facilitate meetings for the Enterprise Party Master Data Management platform
  • Establish relationships and support the communication across the business teams, technical partners, and upstream/downstream partners, including working with the Party Operations Group (POG) & other partners regarding data clean-up efforts

Essential Qualifications

  • Overall experience of 8+ years
  • 7+ years of experience in one or a combination of the following data management, data governance, data quality or data analysis demonstrated through work or military experience (default required qualification)
  • Extensive knowledge and understanding of research and analysis
  • Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail and accuracy
  • Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a virtual team environment Ability to create complex SQL queries
  • Strong Data Quality and Data Profiling 3+ year of SQL experience
  • 3+ years of experience working with databases such as Oracle, Teradata, Hadoop or SQL server
  • Experience with Excel
  • Other Desired Qualifications
  • Strong Knowledge of Informatica MDM or equivalent
  • Working Knowledge of Informatica Address Doctor
  • 3+ years of experience with Data Quality and Data Profiling leveraging any of the following tools SQL Developer, Teradata, MS SQL, Oracle or Hadoop
  • Strong Understanding of Wells Fargo's Customer Systems/Data environments (Wholesale, Consumer, Wealth Management)
  • Ability to create complex SQL queries
  • 3+ years of knowledge of Master Data Management
  • Experience with Hadoop/Big Data and/or Hive concepts
  • Strong collaboration, partnering and consulting skills
