Key Responsibilities
- Accountable for planning and leading the project analysis efforts to ensure the successful delivery and implementation.
- Facilitate requirement gathering and alignment with business, technology, vendor, and compliance partners.
- Tracking key data elements and providing timely and accurate reporting documents and project team communication
- Liaison between the business leadership, staff, technology, compliance, and cross commits
- Solve complex system and system-related problems, resulting in problem resolution and issue documentation.
- Identify business requirements responsible for implementing new and existing investment related product change.
- Strong organizational skills with ability to support multiple complex projects concurrently.
- Provide system support and vendor relationship management for assigned third party vendor.
- Have competent system knowledge includes proficient system architecture and design.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
- 5-7 years of relevant experience in the financial services industry
- Knowledgeable with securities trading processes, tools, or other relevant work experience
- 1-2 years experience as a business systems analyst or similar role
Preferred Qualifications
- Knowledge of equity and option order entry and trading.
- Knowledge of order management systems
- Proven experience leading collaborative cross-organizational efforts to driving results.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills using data to identify trends and issues.
- History of working within a highly regulated environment
- Strong verbal, written and presentation skills with the ability to summarize complex concepts into concise senior leadership communications.
- Experience working with Advisor practices and handling escalations effectively or relevant customer service experience.
- Ability to think strategically, while being able to implement tactical plans.
- Series 7 licensed
