Wells Fargo is seeking a Senior Business Execution Consultant to join the CMS on the Change Management team. This role will support the facilitation and execution of changes to the department owned procedures, processes, technology, reporting, and more.
In this role, you will
- Lead change request efforts requested by the business to facilitate the execution of changes to CMS owned procedures, policies, reports, technology, etc. which may include writing or editing procedures and policies
- Participate and lead transformational projects for the department as assigned
- Lead working sessions to collaborate and consult with leaders, executive management, and business subject matter experts
- Participate in a variety of assigned and ongoing business operations to ensure success in meeting business goals and objectives
- Identify opportunities for process improvement or efficiencies within the team and department
- Review and research strategies and action plans to establish effective processes while meeting performance metrics and policy expectations
- Utilize independent judgment to guide project efforts while mitigating risk
- Present recommendations to develop, implement, and monitor strategic approaches, effectiveness of support function, and business performance improvement opportunities for managing risks of the business
- Exercise independent judgment and provide guidance in diverse support functions and operations for a single business group within a line of business
Required Qualifications/Skill/Experience
- Minimum of 8+ years of experience with excellent interpersonal communication skills & Financial Services Industry Experience
- Knowledge of change management requests that would introduce a new process or enhancement/optimization.
- Change management requests that would introduce a new process or enhancement/optimization related to SHRP Corrective Actions for all products in CMS
- Experience in SHRP Reporting or issue management reporting knowledge
- Managing change analysis and implementing change
- Proficiency in Communication & Stakeholder management
- Expertise Project Management & Reporting
- Quality Assurance (Ability to grasp complex business issues quickly, recommend solutions, and drive for resolutions)
- SAS and SQL added advantage.
