  • in Business Resiliency, Strategy and Execution as part of Corporate & Investment Banking.
  • The role of Sr Business Execution Consultant Global Delivery CIB is a critical role at Wells Fargo I&P. With the current environment of Change that the organization is going through, leverage would be made of various Strategy & Execution practice along with Business Resiliency, Project & Program Management to drive the strategic vision of the organization.
  • The Sr Business Execution Consultant would act as a trusted advisor to various lines of business within CIB and stitch the global off shoring vision of the leadership with strategic consulting practices to help define long term global delivery strategy that works across 2-5 years.
  • In this role, you will
  • As a Business Resiliency Coordinator
  • Drive creation, maintenance, and exercise of Business Continuity Plans (BCP) including input and maintenance of data integrity into the Enterprise BCP system of record per the BCP requirements and standards.
  • Schedule and lead all Exercise & Maintenance activities with assistance from Business Resiliency Officers, Managers and Functional Managers of respective plans to complete and document all required activities (Business Impact Analysis, Data Validations, Plan Distribution, Walkthrough, Functional Exercises, etc.) annually or as required by the Enterprise and ensure all requirements are met.
  • Understand the Enterprise Resiliency Framework and support the Resiliency Officers in enforcement of the overall resiliency vision, strategy, and objectives to their respective Business Resiliency Managers.
  • Identify and resolve BCP risk by reviewing and providing feedback regarding any identified issues or control weaknesses, including any identified weaknesses, accepted risks, and/or action plans.
  • Execute Business Resiliency controls and reporting activities in alignment with enterprise requirements.
  • As a Program Lead
  • Identify strategic business initiatives and alliance opportunities.
  • Strategize and drive operational excellence by collaborating with Project teams and Business partners.
  • Drive decision making by effectively leveraging on data thereby enhancing overall Resiliency framework
  • Identify & implement efficiencies and create impact through performance metrics and dashboards.
  • Develop and articulate project plans and timelines through development of project charters and workplans.
  • Collaborate strategically and consult with all levels to resolve issues and achieve goals.
  • Required Qualifications
  • 10 to 16 years of Strategy and Planning experience
  • 5 plus years of experience in Business Resiliency and Program Management, specially within Banking environments
  • University degree in Business, Banking, Finance, or related discipline
  • Strong Communication skills and inter-personnel skills in virtual environment
  • Highly Self-motivated to drive projects with zeal to difference and add value at Enterprise level

  • Desired Qualifications
  • Ability to present sound recommendations based on a broad range of knowledge from internal & external data sources.
  • Demonstrate strong record of program and project management skills.
  • Previous Business Resiliency, Risk and Compliance experience, including the establishment and maintenance of risk controls.
  • Working knowledge of JIRA, workflow tools, and reporting dashboards.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment and across all organizational levels, where flexibility, collaboration, and adaptability are critical to success.
  • Outstanding problem solving and decision-making skills.
  • Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Advanced Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint) skills.
  • Strong relationship management skills.
  • Graduate/post-graduate degree, with relevant work experience.
