In this role, you will
- Be responsible for overall product management and strategic focus for complex/diverse major product line(s)/service.
- Articulate product vision, definition, goals, and direction for teams to design/develop/ deliver technology and processes for well-established technologies/ vendor relationships.
- Work with leaders, stakeholders, SMEs, scrum masters, project managers, product owners and delivery team to ensure success against stated customer business value.
- Drive requirements, incorporating product expertise and industry/ competitor opportunities.
- Review requirements and build the test scenarios/test scripts independently.
- Work with product owner and business teams and perform testing, help with test coordination, defect reporting etc.
- Lead backlog prioritization.
- Adjust planning in situations that may include financial, control, or process roadblocks.
- Inspect pre-release progress, recommends changes, and ensures timelines are met.
- Ensure cross-functional dependencies are articulated, managed, and addressed by all constituents.
- Enhance/monitor key performance indicators and identifies improvement opportunities while ensuring all regulatory and compliance needs are met.
Desired Skills
- Write user stories from requirements using SDLC formats
- Write test scripts
- Execute test scripts and document results
- Create process flows from recordings or requirements
- Facilitate Backlog Refinement
- Back up PO in any Agile Ceremony
- Gather and condition test data for both Development and UAT
- Create reference materials for requirements
- Create User Guide and / or other LOB reference materials
- Facilitate Ramp up / pilot and other Lifecycle meetings
- Assisting with RDA Pilot LOB questions / concerns
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of Product Management, product development, strategic planning, process management, change delivery experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following work experience, training, military experience, education
- Knowledge on Regression Testing
Desired Qualifications
- 5+ years of Agile experience in writing user stories and leading refinement with a Scrum team
- Product management or strategic planning experience in the financial industry related to customer onboarding and maintenance
- Demonstrated experience identifying issues and partnering with peers in technology to identify and implement strategic solutions in alignment with leadership priorities
- Experience working with Jira, Jira Align, and Visio (or similar process flow system)
- Experience creating PowerPoint presentations from established designs to present to senior leadership
- Experience working in a flexible work environment to support key team members and partners various time zones and locations
