This team consists of highly motivated financial services experts, who are undertaking a multi-year credit transformation program. The team will be implementing a one-stop credit system and a seamless and trusted credit operating model that empowers our people to effectively manage risk by delivering timely and dynamic insights and decisions for our stakeholders.

What role will you play?
You will focus on delivering a key workstream within the Credit Risk Transformation Program, playing a key role from initiation through the full project cycle.
In this role, you will work closely with stakeholders to understand business requirements, define business concepts, acting as a liaison between business, product, and delivery teams and provide walkthroughs of user stories to the scrum team, to assist with the understanding of data requirements.
In addition, you will provide support and guidance to the scrum team during the delivery process, which may include participating in testing. As we transition from our current state towards our future platform, your work will help enable Risk Management Group (RMG) Credit to manage their credit processes via their future platform.
What you offer
- Solid experience as a Senior Business Analyst, working hands-on from initiation through to delivery, ideally within financial risk domain.
- Demonstrated ability in user story writing, ability to identify technical requirements, an appreciation for Human Centred Design and documentation of process maps.
- Proficiency in the documentation of user journey maps with the ability to deep-dive into user pain points and behaviours in order to write clear and concise user stories.
- Ability to build relationships and work closely with business and technical stakeholders at all levels.
- Must have proven strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with technical proficiency to analyse data and data manipulation (i.e. Structured Query Language, Power Business Intelligence etc).
- Previous experience in delivering large and complex projects with distributed teams across different time zones.

About the Risk Management Group
In our Risk Management Group, you will be part of an independent, and centralised function, responsible for independent and objective review and challenge, oversight, monitoring and reporting in relation to Macquarie's material risks. Our divisions include behavioural risk, compliance, credit, financial crime risk, internal audit, market risk, operational risk and governance, prudential risk, and Risk Management Group central.
