We have an exciting opportunity for a Senior Associate-Indirect tax to join our team. You will be working closely with various regions in performing tax compliance and tax accounting functions.

What role will you play?

In this role, you will be responsible for the preparation of indirect tax returns. You'll also be responsible for several tax related payments, including tax related balance sheet reconciliations, posting month end VAT accounting entries, VAT registration and audits, preparation of Insurance Premium Tax returns and researching tax applicability on goods/services as per IDT laws.

You'll demonstrate good working knowledge of accounting systems, reporting tools and Microsoft Excel. You'll demonstrate good communication and research skills while working in a virtual, global team with the ability to manage cross-border relationships effectively and be comfortable working in different time zones.

What you Offer

To be successful in this role, you will be a freshly qualified CA (Nov 2023 only) with an understanding of accounting standards and fundamental accounting concepts. You will have knowledge of indirect tax concepts and accounting standards. India GST experience during article ship period is mandatory. Exposure to IFRS will be considered favourably.
