Senior Associate, HR Communications

Job Summary

We are seeking a Senior Associate, HR Communications, to join our team. Reporting to the head of HR and Leadership Communications, this individual will be responsible for supporting the company's newest Leadership Communications program and provide a variety of internal and external communication tasks for the Senior Vice President and Chief Human Resources Officer.

Role Responsibilities

  • Write and edit various communications material, including emails, PowerPoint presentations, and communications tip sheets, for the company's Leadership Communications Program.
  • Construct and maintain a communications calendar for the Senior Vice President and Chief Human Resources Officer.
  • Draft external and internal communications that ensures a consistent tone and voice for the Senior Vice President and Chief Human Resources Officer, including speeches, presentations, emails, intranet content, social media posts, media briefs, etc.
  • Manage the company's Employee Advocacy social media program.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues within Corporate Communications, including External Communications, Corporate Design, Editorial and Content Strategy, Digital Workplace, Video/Meetings/Broadcasts, and Employee Social Engagement.
  • As a member of the HR Communications team, share best practices and work across the team to help create a cohesive communications experience for HR and regularly contribute to a team calendar of communication deliverables.
  • Leverage feedback, best practices, and expertise to provide best-in-class communications support.

Required Qualifications

  • 5-7 years of employee communications experience.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously, meet tight deadlines, and work under pressure.
  • Collaborative team player with successful experience participating in high-profile cross-functional projects.
  • Well organized with strong attention to detail, delivering high-quality work on time and according to expectations

  • Strategic thinker with excellent writing, listening, presentation, and storytelling skills.
  • Bachelor's degree in Communications, English, Journalism, or related field.
  • Background in HR Communications highly desirable.
  • Hybrid environment Office Tuesday through Thursday, working from home Mondays and Fridays.
