Senior Analyst, Singapore Regulatory Compliance

Job Summary

This position is responsible for supporting the Singapore Regulatory Compliance team in its oversight of the Regulatory Compliance Management Program, ensuring that effective regulatory controls and processes are in place to comply with the various regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist with the setting up of ongoing maintenance of the Regulatory Compliance Matrix.
  • Assist with the assessment of the impact of new/amended regulations requirements.
  • Develop, coordinate and participate in programs to enhance awareness of compliance requirements.
  • Carry out ad-hoc tasks/projects as requested by the Team Lead and/or Head of Regulatory Compliance.
  • Support regulatory compliance in monitoring, assessment, validation and communication of records and updates in the Archer system.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree preferably in accounting, law, finance, business, or related fields
  • 2 to 3 years working experience in the Compliance field (insurance, banking, or financial services sectors are preferred).
  • Amenability and readiness to work onsite and from home anytime (dependent on business need AND/OR current external
  • environment/situation)
  • Experience in Regulatory Compliance, Legal, Risk, or Audit is highly preferred.
  • Solid written and verbal communication skills (fluent in English). Use these skills while working with the stakeholders and with different levels of the organization.
  • Advanced skills in MS Excel use of formulas, macros, and report formatting.
