The Role
The Business Management & Strategy team provides operational and strategic support across the Compliance, Risk & Business Operations (CRBO) functions and the broader Asset Management (AM) organization in the areas of
- Business Management, including the aggregation and collection of Objectives & Key Performance Indicators (OKPIs)
- The establishment, implementation, and execution of a robust communication strategy
- Real estate planning for all of Asset Management, including the close coordination with the Fidelity Real Estate Company (FREC) and the Future of Work (FoW) team
- Technology product support for the CRBO technology portfolio and
- Strategic support and program management support for key CRBO initiatives
Within the broader Business Management & Strategy team, the Senior Analyst, Project Management & Strategic Initiatives will assist in the execution of efforts related to
strategic support and program management

- can work collectively and collaboratively with the team, business partners and/or Fidelity senior leadership team to ensure service delivery & satisfaction
The Expertise and Skills You Bring
- Bachelors or equivalent degree required
- Minimum of 2-4 years of relevant experience, consulting experience preferred
- Experience assisting / executing strategic initiatives including assessments and recommendations
- Exceptional analytical, communication, conceptual thinking, project management and problem-solving capabilities.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and simultaneously managing several programs.
- If you excel working in a project-based environment and exhibit strong collaboration skills
- Good Knowledge of Microsoft Office suite PowerPoint, Word, Excel and willingness to learn
- Attention to detail and independent judgement to handle various projects (simultaneously)
- If you can manage deliverables, re-prioritize, and meet deadlines with high quality work
- Effective communication and good articulation are your key skills
- You embrace a wide variety of work and are flexible from the ability to support administrative functions to executive interactions to make the project successful
