Sr. Analyst, Alternative Investments
Partnership Liaison Analysts are responsible for the timely and accurate valuation updates of client private equity investments. Analysts interact with internal partners and external fund companies to obtain information, answer valuation inquiries, and resolve issues. Partners within the team also act as the primary contact with fund companies for the Alternative Asset Services division and therefore excellent communication skills are required to fulfill the responsibilities of this role.
Major Duties
- Research and update client investments with the correct and most current market value
- Respond to inquiries and questions from internal and external partners providing guidance and solutions
- Proactively locate required fund statements and tax forms
- Actively involved in identifying potential process improvements for current procedures
- Work efficiently and effectively under time-sensitive constraints, in a team-oriented environment
- Actively participate in department projects and initiatives
- Respond to Ad Hoc requests in a timely manner
Qualifications
- College degree or equivalent experience
- Emphasis in Finance & Accounting preferred
