What is the Opportunity?

  • Whether you're helping the firm's investment bankers with new financings or providing expert support to internal partners, you will be doing work that matters in the world, in an environment built on teamwork, service, responsibility, diversity, and integrity.
  • The primary focus of position is to assist the Phoenix Municipal Finance Group on various administrative tasks, principally document creation, editing and production

What will you do?

  • Provide clerical and analytical support in preparing time sensitive drafts of prospectus for bond security sales, including data research, assembly and extensive word processing of documents using Microsoft Word and Adobe Acrobat.
  • Provide analytical support in preparing time sensitive work proposals including data gathering, Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel.
  • Distribute mail and coordinate courier service as needed.
  • Answer and screen telephone calls in a courteous and professional manner.
  • Make domestic travel arrangements and handle changes as needed.
  • Coordinate meeting arrangements (setting up conference calls, scheduling meeting rooms, arranging reservations / catering, etc.).
  • Manage multiple calendars.
  • Prepare, track and manage expense reports via expense reporting system.
  • Act as backup to other department staff members as needed.
  • Perform other duties or special projects as assigned.
  • Proactively identify operational risks/ control deficiencies in the business commensurate with your position
  • Review and comply with Firm Policies applicable to your business activities.
  • Escalate operational risk loss events, control deficiencies and risks that you observe or identify to your line manager and the relevant risk and control functions on a timely basis.

The good-faith expected salary range for the above position is $58,000
