As a future Security Program Officer you will report to our Deputy Chief Security Officer and you will be part of AXA IM Security team.

As a Business Analyst you will help lead AXA IM Security program and deliver the security strategy by managing the program delivery and the program budget and scope on Information Security, Operational Resilience and Physical Security.
You will also animate the communication & awareness plan for AXA IM employees, including events management.

The Security Officer is a key pilar of AXA IM Security Strategy and is responsible for delivering the security program and strategy. He/She/They ensure strong collaboration (not limited to) with IT, Internal Audit, Senior Management, Risk Management, HR and Legal and help to establish the enterprise vision & program to ensure adequate protection in accordance to the company's risk appetite.
Main responsibilities
- Document and update AXA IM security strategy, by including regulator needs, AXA IM GCOO objectives, Group CSO requirements and AXA IM risk tolerance level
- Manages the program governance (Operational Committees, Steering Committees)
- Ensures security reporting to AXA Group, AXA IM Chief Security Officer and AXA IM Risk team
- Delivers the security program on time, on scope and on budget as well as Group security requirements
- Participate to the delivery of Information security and Operational Resilience projects and business as usual activities (e-learnings controls, etc.)
- Report on Group requirements targets on security topics according to the objectives and risk-based approach
- Deploy and continuously improve the communication and awareness for all AXA IM employees, ensures that all employees have the security posture and promote security awareness (communications, events). Ensure the adaptability of the plan to include regular threat updates. Lead the awareness plan, with the design of specific content for top management, for business units or job functions and innovate
- Deploy phishing simulation campaigns with AXA Group, monitors the results and adjust awareness
- Implement continuous improvement processes and activities (e.g. good practices, reporting, problem resolution) to ensure quality and relevance of security services
- Maintain the security action plan and non conformities follow-up based on internal and external audits and control results
Your Profile

Technical skills & experience
- Bachelor Degree in Security, Technology, Risks, Operations or a related field.
- 3 to 5 years of experience in Information Security, Operational Resilience, Business Continuity, in a comparably sized organization
- Experience in project management in a challenging and international organization.
- Fluent in both English and French, written and oral, with strong ability to communicate and influence at all levels of the organisation.
- Knowledge of security related regulations is a plus (GDPR, DORA, FCA regulations, SEC regulations..)
