Following is a summary of the essential functions for this job. Other duties may be performed, both major and minor, which are not mentioned below. Specific activities may change from time to time.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
1.
Leads Salesforce.com CRM solution design sessions and is able to drive out functional requirements and design.
2.
Perform configuration in Salesforce of all declarative functionality including complex validation rules, Lightning Record Pages, and Flows.
3.
Document and explain requirements in story format in accordance with best practices.
4.
Independently design solutions for low to medium complexity projects and collaborate on solutions for high complexity and integration projects.
5.
Lead delivery of medium and high complexity Salesforce projects from initial requirement gathering, design, execution, and testing.
6.
Troubleshoot escalated production issues within Salesforce and coordinate with teams supporting integrated applications.
7.
Conduct data exports, analysis and updates using a variety of tools including Dev Console, Workbench, and Data Loader.
8.
Possess and maintain knowledge of the Salesforce platform, including the foundational concepts of the application and the functions contained within.
9.
Has a deep understanding of the Agile methodology and collaborates with team members to incorporate rigor and accountability across all phases of the process.
10.
Collaborates with the test team to generate scenarios/test cases and test scripts, ensuring traceability to all requirements.

QUALIFICATIONS
1.Bachelor's degree in computer science, computer engineering or related degree and eight years of experience or an equivalent combination of education and work experience
