You'll oversee daily activities like investing payroll contributions, determining if an employee is eligible for benefits, process requests for withdrawals and more. A hybrid work environment is strongly preferred for candidates residing within commuting distance to the Seattle, WA, Mill Creek, WA and Towson, MD office locations.As an Entry-Level Retirement Record Keeping Specialist, you will be responsible for a variety of essential tasks to support our retirement record keeping processes, includingPayroll Processing Assist in processing payroll transactions related to retirement plans.Payroll Census Validation Verify the accuracy of payroll census data.Loan Processing Support the processing of participant loans, ensuring compliance with plan rules and regulations.Loan Payoff Processing Handle loan payoff transactions, maintaining accurate loan records.Fee Liquidation Assist in the liquidation of plan fees and ensure proper accounting.Rollover Cash Reconciliation & Processing Help reconcile and process rollover contributions.New Hire Enrollment Reviews Review and process new hire enrollments.Routine Participant & Client Communication Maintain effective communication with plan participants and clients, addressing inquiries and providing support.Quality Checking Learn and perform quality checks on the work of peers to maintain the highest standards of accuracy and compliance.Sales Force Workflow Logging Continuously monitor inbound cases in Sales Force.
