Role Summary
Provides high-quality support to clients with standard service requests on a daily basis.
Responsibilities
- Under direct supervision, assists clients by responding to inbound phone calls, electronic correspondence, and other inquiries regarding company products, services, and procedures.
- Provides basic technical assistance to clients and assists in responding to straightforward client inquiries. Influences client adoption of digital capabilities.
- Corrects straightforward issue resolution in client accounts. Routes issues that cannot be addressed at point of contact to appropriate team, in accordance with documented procedures.
- Reviews daily unresolved client inquiries to ensure proper follow-up and closure.
Typical Qualifications
- High school/secondary school or the equivalent combination of education and relevant experience AND
- 0+ years of total relevant work experience
Training Details
- In-office, 5 days. (Following
- Training/Nesting/Performance
- Training schedule is Monday through Friday 8a-5p Local Time.
- Eight-weeks of instructor led training & four-weeks of Nesting'
FINRA Requirements
FINRA licenses are not required for this role. Certain promotional opportunities may require FINRA licenses, which would be sponsored at the time of promotion.
Work Flexibility
This role is eligible for remote work up to two days a week after the successful completion of a training program. M/F work from home and T/W/Th in-office.
Starting salary for this role is firm at $44,500.00.
