This role is primarily responsible for resiliency program support and includes the following activities

  • Serve as ERO partner/point of contact to our Enterprise Risk Management Executive (ERME) team
  • Report on and monitor progress to closure on audit findings and issues includes overseeing ERO Archer risk and control inventories as Control Steward self-testing of ERO owned controls and act as Archer expert
  • Assist in coordination of and preparation for exams with Corporate Audit and Regulators
  • Coordinate compliance events for ERO team and review new and changes to Corporate Policies and Standards to determine impact on ERO and necessary steps to comply.
  • Participate in program planning and management, including assisting with the analysis of deliverables tracking, change requests, and reporting
  • Ensure documentation is complete, current, and stored appropriately
  • Facilitate project meetings effectively with stakeholders of various levels across the firm
  • Be willing to take on additional responsibilities as requested

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree required
  • Strong analytical and project planning skills
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Effective communication, customer service and organizational skills
  • Relationship management and facilitation skills
  • Team player and comfortable working with deadlines
  • Ability to multi-task and collaborate across multiple groups
  • Ability to set objectives and work independently
  • Advanced proficiency in GRC tool Archer and Excel, MS Office
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • 3-5 years Experience across Operations, Risk Management and / or Audit roles preferred.
