RAs frequently attend meetings with senior management of multinational corporations at our offices in San Francisco.

The position is for two years, with the possibility of two additional years. RA alumni have attended leading business schools including Stanford, Wharton, and Chicago.
Qualifications
The RA program targets candidates with a high level of academic achievement and leadership. Dodge & Cox recruits undergraduates from various academic disciplines, as well as candidates with previous work experience.

The salary range for this position is $142k - $165k.
The listed pay scale denotes only the pay range of the base salary and does not include discretionary bonus compensation, which may make up an important portion of the total remuneration.
