strategy ineffective or unachievable

We are
seeking
a professional to help define
and implement
a monitoring program for
reputational and
strategic risk
.
This role will report to the Head of Strategic and Reputational Risk and have visibility at the highest levels of the organization.
Among the responsibilities of the role are
- Crafting and
- maintaining
- policies on reputational
- and
- strategic risk, and responding to inquiries from examiners and auditors on practices in each area
- Organizing discussions of reputational risk at the designated first-line governing committee
- Review
- of
- strategy
- formulation and execution
- at the enterprise and BU level
- , and the creation of tracking measures to gauge risk
- Participating in reviews of products and processes which might give rise to reputational or strategic risk
- Monitoring industry developments and analyzing their potential impact on the company
- Leading and
- participating
- in conversations with senior leaders on strategy
- Defining and
- maintaining
- metrics (along with RAG ranges) related to reputational
- and
- strategic
- risk
- , and preparing quarterly reports in both areas
- Developing a stakeholder scorecard to gauge the bank's standing with shareholders, clients, partners, regulators, and communities
The ideal candidate will have
considerable experience in the financial services industry and a masters-level education
.
The role requires
strong communication
skills and the ability to
interface
comfortably across
organizational levels.
