Department Overview

Product& Strategic delivery team plays a vital role in project management life cycle and performs various roles starting from business analysis, writing BRDs, securing sign offs, writing test scripts, UAT co-ordination till the project go-live. In Summary, P&SD is a backbone and act as a bridge between the business users and the technology team to ensure project objectives are met on time. P&SD also contributes in preparing monthly Reports, semi-annual & annual Reports, Critical Delivery Reporting and also manages the SharePoint sites.

resides w/in the P&SD team. The R&S team builds reporting and STP solutions to limit the operational impact of system of record deficiencies buying time for technology to remediate the underlying issues.

About the Role VP ( Lead Business Execution Consultant)

Required 10+ yrs. of technical expertise in leadership role with extensive experience in managing clients/ senior stakeholders.

Primary skills

Expertise required in Windows forms, Model View View Model (MVVM) design architecture/pattern as a primary skill.

Secondary skills

.Net framework, software development, SQL, SSIS (MSBI ETL Tool), POWERBI, Qlikview and Data Warehousing & Data Analytics. They will be expected to liaise with multiple Capital Markets lines of business to satisfy Risk, Performance and Control reporting needs which involves the compilation of data from multiple sources into SQL Server for utilization in Power BI and SQL Server Reporting Services (SSRS)/SSIS.

Responsibilities

  • Manage different set of risk reports to support Key Risk Indicators/Performance indicators and regulatory reporting
  • Develop reports and info graphics to support the business to take informed decisions.
  • Business Analysis including requirements solicitation, documentation and analysis as well as test planning and execution
  • Report Design and Implementation.
  • SDLC best practices including unit testing, documentation, and version control.

Essential Qualifications

  • University degree/post graduate in Management/Commerce/Statistics,
  • A proven leader
  • with minimum 10+ years of relevant domain and technical experience
  • Windows Presentation Framework (WPF) developer , expertise in C# skills (.NET Framework 4.5.2 and higher).
  • Having Model View View Model (MVVM) design pattern experience is a must.
  • Strong understanding of Operational and other associated risk, successful performance in a risk-based environment with a proven track record of risk reduction
  • Engage functional leaders to obtain resources, influence outcomes, address conflict, and ensure alignment with Wells Fargos policies and business line objectives.
  • Identify potential risks when implementing change along with developing mitigation strategies and plans
  • Recommend opportunities for Business Execution process improvement.
  • Determine appropriate strategies and actions of multiple business groups to meet moderate to high complex deliverables.
  • Experience in Agile implementation approach/methodology
  • General knowledge of Wealth & Investment Management principles, including Trading, Clearing & Reconciliation, Asset Servicing, and Client Reporting
  • Resource management experience
  • Knowledge of SDLC and full lifecycle testing of software development
  • Engage business stakeholders in integrating or implementing business execution initiatives.
  • Identify and recommend opportunities for process improvement in reporting solutions space
  • Make decisions and resolve issues regarding technologies to meet business objectives.
  • Working experience of SQL server (Data sourcing from multiple production systems/manipulation of data for downstream reporting purposes) and SQL, SSIS (MSBI ETL Tool), POWERBI and Qlikview is added advantage.
  • Above average working knowledge of the Microsoft suite of tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Access and SharePoint)
  • Knowledge of SharePoint maintenance/reporting capabilities and record management
  • Development tools Github, Microsoft Visual Studio 2019+.
  • Prefer to have experience on XCEPTOR, ALTRYX and UI path automation tools.
  • Should be able to support 330pm to 1230 am IST. (6am EST to 3pm EST).

  • Understanding Capital Markets and the different product taxonomies within the business segments (FX, Derivatives, Brokerage)
  • Knowing Risk function deliverables like Key Risks & Controls and the testing thereof
  • Importance and role of MIS
