WEALTH MANAGEMENT BANKING CLIENT SERVICING REPRESENTATIVE

Wealth Management Banking Client Servicing Representatives answer client phone calls about their deposit and loan accounts and provide operational support for other bank initiatives. The environment is fast-paced and challenging.

Training Schedule Monday Friday 900 a.m. 530 p.m. CST for 2-3 months

Permanent Work Schedule Monday Friday 1030 a.m. - 700 p.m. CST

Primary Responsibilities

Provide client and partner support for common banking issues over the phone and in response to written inquiries. Adhere closely to team procedures and guidelines, including a daily phone schedule. Problem solve and recommend products or services to resolve client inquiries effectively. Document key topics of each call and escalate issues to other departments for resolution when necessary. Complete outbound calls to clients to resolve pending issues or assignments. Contribute to team initiatives and volunteer during times of need. Meet personal statistical targets for quality and efficiency enabling the team to meet service level commitments.
