Join our Balance Sheet and Statistical Reporting team and play a key role in ensuring timely and accurate regulatory reporting to APRA and other regulatory agencies.

What role will you play?

In this role, you will prepare, manage and review regulatory reports (including APRA's Economic, Financial and Statistical reporting). You will also be responsible for ensuring successful transitions of new or changes to regulatory returns into business as usual processes. Your existing knowledge of controls and risk management associated with regulatory reporting will help you identify and implement opportunities for automation, process improvement and efficiencies. You will regularly engage and consult with a variety of internal stakeholders including data teams, business units, IT and risk management teams.

What you offer

  • Ability to work independently, leveraging strong attention to detail and analytical skills
  • Business/commerce degree and CA qualified (or near qualified)
  • Experience in process improvement, and implementing changes, ideally changes arising from external regulatory change or internal products/systems
  • Knowledge and a passion for data and related controls in a regulatory reporting context,
  • Understanding of banking and financial products.
