Dodge & Cox is seeking to hire a Regulatory Compliance Analyst. The successful candidate will be required to perform a wide range of compliance functions that may include, but are not limited to

  • Assist in the administration of the Code of Ethics
  • Assist with the ongoing administration of the Compliance Program for the Adviser and the Dodge & Cox Funds
  • Foreign and domestic substantial shareholder reporting
  • Assist with regulatory examinations and new regulatory requirements in the US and in our non-US offices
  • Other analytical and administrative tasks and/or projects related to the Compliance function

Qualifications

  • Four year college degree with an excellent academic record
  • 1-3 years of Investment Adviser/Investment Company compliance experience or Internal Audit experience
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills as well as excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Detail-oriented with strong project management skills
  • The ability to exercise sound judgment on prioritizing responsibilities to meet deadlines
  • The ability to work independently on assigned responsibilities, as well as to accept direction on assignments
  • Willing to assist the Compliance Department in performing other analytical and administrative tasks
  • An ability to work effectively as part of a team and foster a strong culture of compliance
  • High proficiency with Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, SharePoint , Adobe Acrobat, and the ability to learn and use an in-house database software is required
  • Growth mindset and enthusiasm for learning

Requirements

  • Dodge & Cox has a 3/2 hybrid work model, and all Dodge & Cox employees are required to be in their assigned office as noted in the job posting Tuesday - Thursday each week, with the option to work remotely on Monday and Friday.

The salary range for this position is $110k - $130k.

The listed pay scale denotes only the pay range of the base salary and does not include discretionary bonus compensation, which may make up an important portion of the total remuneration.
