Job Description
This opportunity can be based out of any of the following locations
Lakewood Ranch, Tampa, Sarasota, Bonita Springs, Fort Meyers, Naples, or Atlanta GA.
The
Regional Director
role
is a regional leadership position
supporting both
the Goals Driven Wealth Management (GDWM)
Practice
and Digital and Client Experience (DCPX) group under the Office of the OCOO
.
The
Regional
Director
wil
l
collaborate
with
Regional
Market
Leaders (Region President, RCIOs, RCFOs, Group MDs), Managing Directors, and
front line
partners to support the execution of
GDWM
,
and will drive the implementation of our largest digital change initiatives
.
Responsibilities
Act as the primary stakeholder for the execution and adoption of GDWM in the region of
coverage by
obtaining an
in-depth knowledge of business
unit/function and obtaining a subject matter
expertise
in GDWM.
Provide comprehensive, in-depth consulting and
leadership to teams and partners at a high technical level.
Serve as the primary stakeholder for
monitoring
GDWM adoption in the Region by
keeping
the
Regional
Practice
Executive
and
GDWM
Practice
apprised
on
adoption
s
uccess,
shortfalls
and other areas where
additional
support is needed.
Assist
in the development of training materials
,
and conduct GDWM training for New Hires, Associates, GPS Releases, & Continuing Education to maintain GDWM
proficiency
.
Deliver GDWM best practices by working with the local client service teams to review
client and prospect profiles in order
to support positive business outcomes and an
adherence to excellence in the execution of GDWM.
Support the delivery of Holistic
Advice to drive growth
.
Per the direction of local teams, s
upport new business growth by presenting GDWM to COIs and prospects in the Region.
Coach partners and leaders on
emerging
digital
capabilities
to drive adoption, encourage new behaviors and foster acceptance
.
Create stakeholder alignment by
advancing the business rationale including the practical use of technology to enhance the end-user experience.
Demonstrate a commitment to quality by proactively engaging teams in feedback loops and advocating for improvements to satisfy their requirements.
Mobilize teams to
participate
in testing to
validate
new functionality
.
Collaborate
with
other
RDs

and
Practice
Leadership
by sharing successes and challenges and providing ideas on ways to duplicate successes and address
