Receptionist / Business Unit Administrator
Under direct supervision responsible for providing administrative support, operational, logistical and project support across multiple business units on an ongoing basis.
Responds to general office and banking inquiries.
Performs various administrative duties such as preparing documents, reports for managers and other partners in the unit/department. Ensures confidentiality.
Responsible to assist receptionist with general office admin (mail, phones, front desk, neat and tidy office, company events, ordering lunches, meeting room set up, etc)
Provide back up support to front office partners as well as partners in other units.
Schedules and coordinates meetings for partners.
May be responsible for data input, data processing and data verification.
Submit payments, track or monitor expenses for the team.
Oversees development of appropriate action plans for client servicing and coordinates with other team members across disciplines to ensure execution and follow-up.
Skills/ Qualifications
Previous years of experience, or equivalent in banking, financial servicing/accounting fields with client servicing background preferred.
Good oral and written communication skills.
Salary range $43,000 to $60,000. Salary range is an estimate of base pay.
