Macquarie Capital's Real Estate Principal Investing team invests Macquarie's own capital across asset classes, investment structures, and geographies in North America. Since its inception in 2009, the Real Estate Principal Investing team has invested over $12 billion globally.

You will gain experience across a broad range of property types, including multifamily, for-sale residential, hospitality, industrial, student housing, and office. The team operates under a flexible investment mandate targeting both debt and equity opportunities. Recent transactions include financing of a luxury Caribbean resort, a structured equity investment in a build-to-rent platform, lending on a newly built condominium project in NYC, and structured equity investments in multifamily and hotel assets.

What role will you play?

As an Analyst, you will be responsible for screening investment opportunities across the capital stack, underwriting and preparing detailed financial analyses, and drafting investment memoranda. In addition, you will be responsible for portfolio asset management, including preparation of internal reporting. The Real Estate Principal Finance team is a small, nimble group, providing the opportunity to work directly with senior-level team members on a variety of transactions.

Salary range for this position $110,000 - $120,000/Year. Actual base salary may vary based upon, but not limited to, relevant experience, time in role, peer and market data, prior performance, business sector, and geographic location. You may also be eligible for an annual discretionary incentive compensation award. We offer
