Job Description
This role partners with their assigned Line of Business, other Risk/Compliance/Audit (RCA) professionals, and RCA Managers to, depending on their function, create, implement, maintain, review or oversee an effective risk management framework. Participates in projects and/or activities that ensure compliance with applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations. Identifies gaps and inform solutions that minimize losses resulting from inadequate internal processes, systems or human errors. Identifies, responds and/or escalates risks as appropriate. Serves as a functional liaison between the Line of Business and the Lines of Defense.
Essential Functions Operations Change Analyst
Effectively manage business change enablement coordination across business line and risk support groups
Ability to influence business line and risk partners in achievement of prudent risk management outcomes in response to high risk, complex business changes that may impact multiple Operations business units and other business lines
Maintain and develop a network of Operations business change stakeholders to facilitate proper engagement of business change risk functions
Design and deliver program process and procedure to peers, Operations Risk partners, and Operations business line partners
Identify program efficiency and enhancement opportunities while supporting continuous program improvement initiatives
Review Operations business changes to assess potential risks, support stakeholders to ensure quality submissions and development of risk mitigation to support
Analyze and interpret business line change data to identify improvement opportunities
Address escalated business change management review items through engagement with business line and risk stakeholders to ensure timely completion of required tasks
Communicate program guidance and updates to impacted stakeholders on an ongoing basis
- Bachelors degree, or equivalent work experience
Basic Qualifications
- Considerable knowledge of applicable laws, regulations, financial services, and regulatory trends that impact their assigned line of business
Preferred Skills/Experience
The role offers a hybrid/flexible schedule, which means there's an in-office expectation of 3 or more days per week and the flexibility to work outside the office location for the other days.
