Job Description

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Quality Assurance Support Analyst. This position will involve overseeing the day-to-day operations of two critical teams the Quality Assurance (QA) and the Support team. As a Quality Assurance Support Analyst, you will be tasked with distributing work, monitoring progress, and providing assistance as needed. The ideal candidate will possess excellent time management, communication, problem-solving, critical thinking, and collaboration skills, along with a keen eye for detail and a deadline-oriented.

Additional Responsibilities

  • Monitors and evaluates the quality of work as measured against timeliness, accuracy and productivity standards.
  • Documents quality issues, performance measures and quality improvements for management review.
  • Provides information to assist in giving feedback to employees and in the training of employees.
  • Ensures proper application of and compliance with internal and regulatory standards, guidelines and procedures.
  • Analyze trends in errors identified by the QA team and develop strategies to address underlying issues.
  • Provide ongoing support and guidance to team members, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
  • Maintain detailed records of QA findings, support activities, and outcomes for reporting purposes.
  • Proactively identify opportunities for process improvement and implement solutions accordingly.
  • Ensure adherence to deadlines and quality standards across both teams.

Basic Qualification

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Three or more years of experience in quality analysis and measurement activities

Preferred Skills/Experience

  • Previous experience in quality assurance, support operations, or a related field.
  • Strong understanding of quality management principles and methodologies.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Demonstrated ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.
  • Proven track record of problem-solving and critical thinking.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
  • Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality results.
