THE ROLE

The Property Management Specialist acts as a liaison between CS&PM and other MFS business units in all domestic and international offices, building management, and 3rd party vendors. The role assists the Property Management Sr. Specialist with the administration, operation, and maintenance of all facilities.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

  • Assisting the Property Management Sr. Specialist, this role will
    • Assists with the processing of invoices, P.O.'s
    • Assists with Purchasing and Legal Departments on small to mid-size Requests for Proposal
    • Assists with reviewing or requesting contracts and/or quotes as needed
    • Create for review department communications, emails, letters, interdepartmental, @ MFS articles, and others
  • Accomplishes routine daily tasks such as badge reporting, reviewing current state of building maintenance supplies etc., while interacting with all levels of employees, including Senior Management.
  • Assists with projects, MAC (moves, adds or changes) moves and tenant improvements.
  • Assists with the management of art and antique inventory program, used in tracking assets and all relevant information.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

  • Must be customer service oriented and can interact with customers, vendors, and suppliers.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Associate's degree or equivalent and a minimum of 0-2+ years related work experience demonstrating increasing levels of responsibility.
  • Able to work nights and weekends to prevent interruptions to daily business operations.
  • Demonstrates organizational, interpersonal, project management and problem-solving skills.
