This role will be responsible for managing the execution of Data and Reporting capabilities within a large scale, enterprise-wide Program. This role is responsible for aligning resources, overseeing the budget, creating project plans and tracking key
milestones/risks/dependencies
Major Duties
Focus of role is on execution of a data program or capabilities initiated to deliver a change in the strategic direction of business function activities expansion of critical data and reporting capabilities or implementation of cross business unit change. Manages implementation of complex initiatives involving multiple disciplines and/or ambiguous issues Displays a balanced, cross-functional perspective, liaising with the business, data, and technology to improve efficiency, effectiveness and productivity Communication of data objectives risks and issues into the Project Management Office Facilitation of cross discipline (business unit) coordination for decision making regarding scope prioritization and issue resolution. Make key decisions to ensure quality execution and bring larger decisions to the appropriate accountable party or committee.
Knowledge/ Skills
- Excellent oral and written communication skills are required
- Financial Service and Data Knowledge preferred
- Highly flexible and adaptable to change
- Leadership and organizational skills are required
- Team work skills to drive execution without direct reporting line responsibilities
- Experience managing data projects and programs
Experience Required
- Seasoned expert with program lead or execution expertise that has been developed over 15+ years of experience.
