Who we are looking for
The Global Delivery (GD) division encompasses all operational functions across the globe that deliver our core asset servicing products and services.
GD Simplification is a multi-year program to transform our operational processes, technology platform and control
environment.
The program involves close collaboration with Global Technology Services (GTS) to design, implement and test new technology and process across Global Delivery that include major service areas transaction processing, custody, fund accounting & administration, transfer agency and alternative investment processing as well as horizontal disciplines such as reporting, event-driven workflow and data management.
Who we are looking for
A GD Simplification Program Lead monitors the program's progress and impact including integration of the new processes, technology and controls into our work environment.
This role will report to the Head of GD Simplification
What you will be responsible for
- Program Management
- In conjunction with the Transformation team, establish a program structure to enable deep engagement with business owners, partnership with GTS and ability to make rapid progress across Global Delivery
- Develop an effective governance structure that will engage key stakeholders and keep the program on track
- Develop the portfolio of tools, techniques and best practices that the work stream teams will apply to their work
- Serve as an escalation point for issues that to be resolved with key stakeholders
- Ensure strong connectivity across GD business areas, the GD business risk & controls organization and GTS
- Identify where deeper operational or technical expertise is needed to reach an effective solution and work with the Head of Global Delivery to bring the right resources into program
- Impact tracking and reporting
- Define the operational, financial and risk metrics required to track program impact
- Evolve the processes and data feeds report on these metrics reliably
- Prepare presentations for GD, the Management Committee and the Board to report on program impact
- Rollout and implementation
- Work with business and IT leaders to develop deployment schedules and determine the program support required to execute successful testing and deployment programs
- Adapt the governance structure as appropriate when programs move from design to implementation and deployment
What we value

Preferred Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in operations roles
- Operations Experience program managing large scale global and complex initiatives and implementations
- Ability to effectively partner with Ops leads, technology partners, senior management and business counterparts Strategic thinker and visionary who can also roll up sleeves to ensure proper execution
- Project management and business analysis skills
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build the trust and respect of senior executives
- Highly motivated candidate with exceptional communication and organizational skills
- Proficiency with MS Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
- Strong writing and presentation skills with acute attention to detail
