In this role, you will

  • Manage and develop a team of individual contributors and managers in roles with moderate complexity and risk
  • Manage process engineering initiatives including process improvement and design, change implementation, customer research, and resource allocation
  • Identify risks and opportunities associated with redesign improvement decisions and ensure alignment with strategic plan
  • Provide direction for establishing and identifying design and redesign requirements, priorities, and deadlines for assigned initiatives
  • Partner with more experienced managers to allocate and coordinate resources and determine appropriate staff levels to support engineering initiatives
  • Ensure effective integration of initiatives with the financial, technological, and process systems used
  • Interpret policies, procedures, and compliance requirements
  • Collaborate and influence all levels of professionals including more experienced leaders
  • Lead team to achieve objectives
  • Manage allocation of people and financial resources for Process Engineering
  • Develop and guide a culture of talent development to meet business objectives and strategy

Required Qualifications

  • Overall 20+ years of experience
  • 6+ years of Process Engineering experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following work experience, training, military experience, education.
  • 10+ years of Management experience
  • 3+ years of Business Insight & Data analytics experience

Desired Qualifications

  • Post Graduate in Management/ Software Development
  • Experience in Business Process Management, Transformation and /or Strategic Innovation
  • US Banking Domain Exposure

Job Expectations

  • Provide vision and set direction for multiple high risk, high impact initiatives within Data Management activities
  • Provide leadership in the development of a comprehensive data strategy to enable the capability to provide data-driven insights that inform, power, measure and optimize strategic initiatives in the most efficient manner
  • Should have exposure to handle multiple stakeholders and large teams.
  • Provide expertise to the larger organization and members of the Op-Ex leadership team, presenting key insights and information to support strategic decision-making
  • Manage allocation of people across Op-Ex to ensure commitments are met and align with strategic objectives
  • Develop and guide a culture of talent development to meet long-term functional and business objectives and strategy
  • Support the offshore Repository Data Management team enabling activities such as Repository Maintenance, UAT, Data Quality Management and various data validation activities.
