In this role, you will
- Participate in establishing guidelines and design of work
- Review regulatory changes or partner with regulatory change agents to proactively identify required updates
- Maintain document library or repository and update tables in appropriate systems
- Review changes to business operations for potential impact to other operations and procedures
- Draft, edit and format basic to moderately complex technical manuals, projects or other technical documentation
- Create graphical technical presentations for others
- Understand Business Operations policies, procedures, and compliance requirements
- Assist others to resolve process gaps, providing input based on observations
- Research and translate technical information to users
- Collaborate and consult with peers, colleagues and managers to resolve issues and achieve goals
- Interact with internal customers
- Partner with subject matter professionals to understand business needs as it relates to procedures
- Partners with LOB subject matter experts to understand business needs as it relates to procedures.
- Drafts and/or updates moderate to highly complex business procedures.
- Ensures procedures are compliant with Wells Fargo branding.
- Responsible for obtaining appropriate approvals from management and governance teams (ORM, RECOR, Legal) and may include facilitating certification process.
- Reviews changes to business operations for potential impact to other operations/procedures.
- Follows established guidelines for organization and design of work.
- Reviews regulatory changes or partners with regulatory change agents to proactively identify required updates.
- May maintain document library/manual/repository.
- May update tables in appropriate systems and/or create basic process maps.
- May participate in establishing documentation guidelines.
- May participate in procedure audits.
- Manages procedure timeline and pipeline.
- Documenting the process and procedures by ensuring all risk and controls are addressed.
- Emphasis on business process components such as Zero defects and first Pass Quality (FPQ) - role is expected to have an influence on process change with an eye on quality and operational excellence.
- Constantly review for process improvements and efficiency gains within the policies and procedures.
- Drive quality initiatives including training, process improvement & design, complex analysis, change implementation.
- Analyzing large sets of data and provide statistical input and analysis.
- Responsible for the management of individuals and matrixes teams focused on designing and driving quality in work processes and issues management, defining business quality controls and delivering a targeted customer experience and regulatory requirements.
- Proactively identifying risks and opportunities in the operations processes and work closely with the operation leaders to drive quality and compliance.
- Driving business results through increased efficiency and quality while managing risk.
- Driving quality monthly cadence reporting and proactively report issues to the leadership on risks and quality.
Desired Qualifications
- 6+ months of Procedure Writing experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following work experience, training, military experience, education
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of procedure writing experience, business process improvement experience, or a combination of both.
- Has process expertise for multiple business groups and can provide analysis to the most complex and volatile business lines.
- Knowledge and understanding of business processes analysis and enhancing operations to accomplish business objectives.
- Ability to collaborate with team members and leaders overseas.
- Ability to take calls/attend meetings during evening hours in order to allow for communication/collaboration with U.S. team members.

- Extensive knowledge and understanding of professional technical writing processes and tools.
- Advanced Microsoft Office skills.
- Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills.
- Knowledge and understanding of business processes analysis and enhancing operations to accomplish business objectives.
