DevOps Team Lead EQUITY TECHNOLOGY

The Role

  • You will shape how our mission-critical enterprise software solutions are developed and deployed using optimized and automated CI/CD pipelines that ensure high quality products
  • You will help design, build and support infrastructure and security technologies within the public cloud that offer resiliency, observability and optimized cost.
  • You will actively promote and lead progressive engineering practices and standards
  • You will stay on top of the latest engineering trends and practices and bring them back to the team when appropriate
  • You will work with the team to continuously
  • improve our craft of software engineering

The Expertise and Skills You Bring

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science/Engineering, Computer Systems Networking, Information Systems/Science, or a related field
  • Significant hands-on experience with Cloud Service Providers like Amazon Web Services, ideally with the related certification
  • Experience building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines and supporting infrastructure, system, and security configurations and policies.
  • Experience building preventive and detective measures for managing cloud based infrastructure at scale.
  • Experience installing and maintaining vendor products with complex infrastructure requirements is a plus
  • Strong technical design, development, analysis and problem solving skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

The Team

You will be a part of the Developer Enablement team responsible for developing and supporting DevOps patterns, practices and solutions for our squads who are focused on building technology solutions for Equity Portfolio Managers, Traders and Research Analysts around the globe. The team you will be working with is highly engaged and passionate about solving problems faced by our business partners. We are committed to evolving our agile software development process and incorporating the newest technologies and practices.
