The Senior Offer Manager is an integral member of T. Rowe Price's US Intermediaries Advisor Engagement team. This person leads the development and management of our practice management programs to help advisors manage their business, grow their client base, and better engage with their clients. Through the distillation and analysis of current market trends, research insights, and advisor needs, the Senior Offer Manager crafts compelling multi-channel programs that engage advisors through all marketing channels, from online engagements to large scale events, and beyond. Responsibilities

Content Development

Turn Insights into Programs

  • Lead a cross-functional working team, including SMEs, client facing associates, marketers, and creative agency resources, to bring insights to life in a compelling, differentiated, and actionable way
  • Conduct and/or identify research that allows for a unique and relevant perspective on a potentially standard topic
  • Make VOS (voice of sales) and VOC (voice of client) integral to the ideation and development process, including potential co-development opportunities with key strategic partner clients
  • Create end-to-end programs that consist of a standard, but flexible set of deliverables to ensure our programs are consistent in style and approach, while also being differentiated and relevant.

Content Management

Manage existing suite of programs

  • Keep programs relevant by managing them from development to evolution, to maintenance to sunset, based on analysis of program feedback and user adoption.
  • Refresh program positioning based on evolving trends and alignment to client themes.
  • Package interconnected programs based on common themes, needs or audiences, to create a series or curriculum and ongoing opportunity for client engagement.

Communications and Training

Ensure internal advocacy of our programs

  • Partner in training efforts, to enable sales associates and marketers to feel confident in the key messages/positioning and core content to allow for broader, scaled delivery following a tiered approach.
  • Partner with marketing departments to establish launch timing and prioritization, ensure alignment with themes, related events, and promotional opportunities.

Qualifications

  • Strong knowledge of financial services industry, and experience working with financial professionals across business channels
  • Proven success in developing content and programs that are differentiated and impactful
  • Detail oriented, with ability to manage deadlines and prioritize project work
  • Ability to collaborate with a cross-functional team who bring diverse perspectives, experiences, and represent varying client interests/needs
  • Ability to work with internal stakeholders to create buy-in and influence change.

Required

  • Bachelors degree or the equivalent combination of education and relevant experience AND
  • 7+ years of total relevant work experience

Work Flexibility

This role is eligible for remote work up to two days a week.
