Job Description
The opportunity
Support Platform Team in daily tasks
- Participate in platform upgrades/patching.
- Maintain and update Platform Support documentation as needed.
- Follow established change management procedures.
- Be available to work off-hours and extended shifts if required.
- Provide On-Call support as part of On-Call rotation within the AEM Platform Team.
- Proactive ownership of incidents-issues until resolution
- Logging and tracking identified system problems through resolution.
- Creating and maintaining documentation on processes, policies, application configuration and help related materials for users as database applications are developed.
- Ability to effectively communicate, cooperate, and collaborate.
- Building effective working relationships with internal and external resources, technology vendors and outsourcing service providers
- Interfaces with IS groups, strategic vendor partners, and other Business Units, peers, IS Managers, Directors, and AVPs.
- Application Enhancement and Automation
- Optimize processes and lead process improvement
- Provide tier 2 support of platforms and processes
- Participate in and/or lead improvement projects, implementations, and upgrades to information delivery tools and analysis tools.
- Promotion/Migration of Codes and Packages
- Participate in Annual Disaster Recovery
- Implements and manages URL redirections for the websites hosted in AEM.
- Onboard/Setup new domains in AEM including the configuration of Content Delivery Network and Web Application Firewall
- Update SSL, SSO, SAML and other required certificates for AEM platform.
- Configure and monitors logs in AEM.
- Initiate content synchronization in AEM environments.
- Participate in Emergency Changes (ECRs) to resolve issues in AEM PROD environments.
- Proactively make suggestions for improvements based on understanding of availability SLA.
- Manages and monitors DEVO logs for AEM Platform Level.
- Provide User Support Services
- Create and track user requests via JIRA and ServiceNow
- Update existing JIRA/ServiceNow tickets
- Keep JIRA Dashboard updated
- Produce weekly status updates
- Provide Consulting services
- Analyze business enhancement request
- Work with vendor on work estimates
- Provide Reports on demand
- Access audit reports
- Groups audit reports

What we are looking for
Education and Experience
- Good Knowledge on Cloud platforms and Java Design principles/ functional programming concepts.
- Bachelors degree, preferably in Computer Science or related field
- 3+ years of Information Technology experience
- Experience with AEM Developer tools such as Apache Felix, Apache Sling, Jackrabbit, CRXDE, etc.
- LINUX/UNIX experience
Required Technologies and skills
- Good Knowledge on AEM architecture and Cloud Platform services.
- Good technical expertise of Web Server like Apache HTTPD, IIM etc.,
- Good technical expertise on integrating log/app monitor tools like Nagios, New Relic, Splunk, DEVO and Dynatrace with AEM.
- Good knowledge on AWS and CDN-WAF like Akamai.
- Windows Powershell knowledge is a plus.

Tools Specific Knowledge
Required
- Knowledge of Windows, Outlook, MS Teams, and basic Microsoft Office tools.
- AEM Solar-Putty, Putty-Gen (Or any equivalent bash app), WinSCP (or any equivalent SFTP app), CRX Package Manager, CRX/DE, Touch UI, AEM System Console, browser's developer tools.
