What you will do
PGIM is seeking to hire an Investor Reporting Analyst who would be responsible for supporting the reporting and remittance activities for our Agency business. Within the Agency business, this role will have various responsibilities for Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac, and FHA investor transaction reporting responsibilities, along with maintaining and interfacing with internal and external clients. Additionally, the candidate will work on initiatives, aimed at streamlining processes and ensuring data needed for daily and monthly operations. The Investor Reporting Analyst will partner closely with our Servicing team, gathering data, detailed analysis, and trend spotting, as the loan transaction activity impacts the downstream Investor Services & Operations teams reporting responsibilities.

What you can expect
- Reporting and remittance responsibilities for our Agency Investors, performed on a daily, monthly, or quarterly basis as established by the Investor Reporting requirements.
- Interpreting Servicing Agreements, loan documents and regulations to ensure data integrity, timeliness of delivery for each reporting deliverable and remittance activity performed.
- Creating and maintaining documentation on processes and policies to ensure compliance to Investor Reporting requirements.
- Facilitate the receipt, tracking, disbursement, and reconciliation of borrower fees while working with Servicing and Asset Management to ensure compliance.
- Review bank account reconciliations as it relates to Investor files and wire transfers for accuracy and cash movement
- Assist with Ad hoc reporting requests, internal/external audits and dashboard utilization via Investor View or other reporting tools employed.
What you will bring
- Bachelor's or graduate degree in Real Estate, Economics, Accounting, or related discipline.
- Experience with Microsoft Office applications advanced Excel skills required.
- Must be able to work independently as well as effectively collaborate in a team.
- Must be detailed oriented and have strong problem solving and analytical skills.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills are essential.
- Experience in working with large amounts of data.
- Knowledge of workflow, visual workflow, and process builder.
- Strong interpersonal and client relationship skills are a must.
What Will Set You Apart
- 1-2 years of prior experience in commercial real estate or another financial discipline.
- Knowledge of Power BI and SQL Server Management Studio (SSMS).
