Mezzanine Finance

The Mezzanine Finance team of PGIM Private Capital (PPC) provides a

capital resource that sits between senior debt and equity in the capital structure and features the best of both worlds for borrowers. When companies have maximized their senior debt borrowing capacity, and want to raise additional capital without depleting future senior debt capacity.

Companies can turn to mezzanine financing instead of, or in addition to, other types of capital to obtain the funds they need to accomplish their goals.

Day to Day Analyst Responsibilities

  • Industry and company research
  • Financial modeling and credit analysis
  • Writing investment recommendations
  • Communication with portfolio companies
  • Transaction and due diligence support
  • Portfolio and credit monitoring
  • Investor updates and fund portfolio analysis
  • Preparation of marketing materials and special projects

What you will bring

  • One or more years financial due diligence experience in either investment banking, corporate finance, or transaction advisory
  • Bachelor's degree with coursework in finance and accounting
  • Strong analytical, writing, interpersonal and communication skills
  • Successful candidates must possess US employment authorization to be eligible for consideration. Prudential does not provide visa sponsorship for this position.
