What you will do

The Investment Operations organization is part of PGIM Ops & Innovation and provides recordkeeping, accounting, reporting and technology services for the investment portfolios supporting the Insurance Companies. Additionally, we support all investment data for the Chief Investment Officer and the Chief Risk Officer for Prudential.

The Limit Monitoring Team within Management Reporting & Analysis is looking for an Investment Operations Analyst. The position is primarily responsible for Risk and Statutory limits compliance monitoring and reporting. Monitoring is completed applying information from multiple sources and various tests are performed to confirm if investment entities/portfolios align with their respective limits. Some of these exposure tests include permissible investments, asset class exposure, single issuer exposure, country exposure, sector exposure, equity and fund investment exposure, Statutory, and Duration. The results of these compliance tests are analyzed and subsequently distributed to business partners on a

daily/weekly/monthly/quarterly

This position is based in one of our offices in Tampa, FL or Newark, NJ and will follow a hybrid schedule (2 days in office). Our organization follows a hybrid work structure where employees can work remotely and/ from the office, as needed, based on demands of specific tasks or personal work preferences. Working from the office is encouraged when working on tasks that require a high degree of collaboration.

What you will bring

  • Bachelors Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related major
  • Strong quantitative and analytical skills
  • Proficiency in the MS Office Suite Word, Excel, Powerpoint, etc..
  • High level of self-motivation and dedication
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Excellent written, verbal and interpersonal skills
  • Strong leadership and organizational skills
  • Client focused and results oriented work ethic
  • Ability to work independently and also as a member of a team

Prudential is required by state specific laws to include the salary range for this role when hiring a resident in applicable locations. The salary range for this role is from $60,000 to $70,000. Specific pricing for the role may vary within the above range based on many factors including geographic location, candidate experience, and skills. Roles may also be eligible for additional compensation and/or benefits. Eligibility to participate in a discretionary annual incentive program is subject to the rules governing the program, whereby an award, if any, depends on various factors including, without limitation, individual and organizational performance.
