Who we are looking for

The Payment and Cash Delivery manager for complex back office platforms, will require an individual with strong communication and leadership skills. The individual should be well versed in automated testing methodologies and be able to develop a test strategy for large projects that cross multiple application suites.

What you will be responsible for

As the Payments and Cash Delivery Lead

  • Lead solutions, development and testing across multiple platforms and applications.
  • Apply in-depth knowledge of ISO 20022 standards to guide the implementation of compliant solutions and ensure interoperability with global payment systems
  • Partner closely with various agile teams, business and vendors to manage technology programs ensuring execution and delivery of end-to-end solutions
  • Collaborate with technology vendors, ensuring their performance and deliverables meet the program's requirements, and manage vendor relationships effectively through clear communication and influencing skills
  • Keep updated on emerging technologies and trends in payments, cash and custody solutions to leverage the knowledge to drive innovation within the organization
  • Develop and manage program budgets, optimizing resource allocation to achieve program objectives and milestones, communicate resource needs and constraints clearly
  • Identify and mitigate risks using strong problem solving abilities and effective communication
  • Communicate program progress, issues and outcomes to leadership and cross-functional teams using strong communication and influencing skills to garner support and alignment
  • Review, analyze and recommend tools and processes to improve and automate workflows
