Position Functions
Financial Planning & Advice / Product Solutions
- Maintain Financial Planning activity in CRM through Campaigns, to track communication and gather data from the Fact Finder stage through to the final Deliverable
- Maintain client contact during the financial planning process. Answer questions and provide readily available information to clients, if requested and as allowable, as it relates to servicing their accounts
- Gather and enter client data into NaviPlan Financial Planning Tool, experience with Comprehensive Financial Planning
- Prepare preliminary financial planning recommendations and initial product solutions for advisor review and use in client meetings
- Prepare charts, graphs, tables, and other visual aids to be used in implementation meetings with clients
- Retirement plans/401k/Pension Planning
- Liaison with TPA's for proposals/illustrations
- Collect Employee Census information for proposed plans
- Oversee rollovers and asset transfers for clients that want to consolidate their outside accounts with Ameriprise.
Client Care / Business Management
- Prepare Financial Advisor meeting summary reviews
- Manage submission of MAAR and Financial Planning Deliverables
- Review and update client information as needed for client review meetings. Attend and participate in client meetings if necessary.
- Manage and resolve client service problems
- Perform other allowable duties as assigned by the financial advisor(s)
- Document client contact/calls in CRM

Education and Other Designations
- College degree or higher
- Minimum 2+ years of experience with comprehensive financial planning
- Minimum 2+ years of experience with Naviplan software
- Already have licenses for federal and state licenses and registrations for securities, including Series 7, Series 66, and State life, accident and health insurance licenses
