As a Paralegal Analyst in our law department youll play a crucial role in ensuring that Principals registered products comply with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) regulations and internal governance policies. Youll work in a fast-paced, highly detailed environment with team members who are dedicated to high-quality and on-time work. You may also support the SECs requirements of the independent Board(s) overseeing these products.

What youll do

  • Analyze documents and prepare and submit timely and accurate regulatory filings.
  • Maintain organized document retention according to company policy.
  • Identify and communicate issues to attorneys.
  • Collect, analyze, and report data related to SEC filings.
  • Prepare BlueSky notice filing reports and payment submissions.
  • Organize and process materials for meetings and processes required by the independent Board(s) overseeing Principal's registered products.

Who You Are

  • Requires Bachelors degree or equivalent plus a minimum of 2+ years SEC related legal, compliance, or governance experience.
  • Requires knowledge of Workiva filing software and relevant SEC filing types, deadlines, and filing software. Filing types include but are not limited to Forms N-1A, N-2, N-CSR, N-PX, 24f-2, and N-4, N-6, and S-1.
  • Knowledge of BlueSky laws and notice filings a plus.
  • Must have ability to learn and work independently and transfer skills to other areas if required.
  • Must have excellent writing and oral communication and organizational skills.
  • Requires strong project management, analytical, and negotiations skills.

Work Environments

This role offers in-office, hybrid (blending at least three office days in a typical workweek), and remote work arrangements. You'll work with your leader to figure out which option may align best based on several factors.
