How youll spend your time...
- Independent management of CROs diary - including arranging meetings, moving diary conflicts, liaising with other admin assistants to find suitable time in diaries, arranging travel, managing expenses
- Independent organisation and of EMEA Financial & Operational Risk Committee (FORC) agendas along with collection, collation and distribution of papers before each meeting. This also includes scheduling the meetings and providing assistance to the CRO throughout the committee meeting, including organising and tracking attendance.
- Independent organisation of EMEA Operational Risk Management Committee (ORMC) meetings - including pulling together and circulating monthly agendas as well as distributing papers. This also includes taking formal notes at each meeting that are then circulated to attendees and submitted to the subsequent FORC meeting.
- Weekly REV reporting - providing information to the operational Risk team regarding REVs raised that week pulling data from Jumbo report
- Monthly Red REV report - provided to Finance team showing red REVs raised each month
- Monthly REV Exceptions report - circulated to the individuals who have a REV raised in metric stream that is due/ overdue
- Distribution of the Monthly policy and procedure report -
- Providing assistance to Operational Risk team where necessary - arranging team meetings, booking conference rooms, assistance with diaries.
- Providing additional admin support to Finance leaders as required (e.g. holiday cover for other administrative staff) - Including diary management and expenses.
To be successful in this role you will have...
- Proven executive support experience, diary support, board reporting etc.
- A willingness to learn and grow the role to support team administrative duties (Financial & Operational Risk Committee and Operational Risk Management Committee)
- A positive and flexible attitude
