This is an exciting opportunity for an experience Vice President to join our Specialised & Asset Finance desk within the Commodities and Global Markets Division, where you will be instrumental in the origination of mid to large ticket, structured, asset finance transactions across Europe and the UK.

What role will you play?
You will be successful by leveraging your own relationships with clients as well as your extensive network of advisers, private equity firms and other financial sponsors. We are looking for an experienced and ambitious Vice President wanting to make a real impact and to elevate their career to the next level. Your understanding of the market, with your strategic and collaborative approach to work, and strong people skills will help you thrive in this role. You will be technically strong, possess sound commercial judgement, strong presentation skills and experience in leading and supervising complex transactions and initiatives.
What you offer
- 7+ years of experience in a similar position, demonstrating impeccable judgment, effective communication skills and a results oriented mindset.
- Experience working on entire deal life cycles within the natural resources (energy, mining & metals, construction) sector and demonstrated track-record of successfully closed transaction.
- Understanding and experience of the complexities of cross-border transactions. Emerging markets experience is a considerable benefit.
- Knowledge and understanding resources industry and associated risk analysis, including resource/reserves, construction and operational aspects, cost curve analysis, commodity markets (supply/ demand dynamics), country risk assessment and applicable mitigants.
- International experience and language skills are an advantage.
