Shared Services Operations
Shared Services Operations is part of the Chief Operating Office (COO). The COO group includes Global Operations, which includes Consumer Operations, Wholesale Operations, Shared Services, and additional Operations business reporting. Operations drives efficiency and risk mitigation through process simplification, functional consolidation, automation, and effective controls. Shared Services Operations includes Wholesale Payments (Wires/ACH), Lockbox, KYC, Tax, Regulatory Reporting and Data Privacy, and Document Capture.
Senior Content Strategist Financial Crimes & Regulator Operations
The content strategist will be responsible for articulating complex stories in a clear and meaningful way which demonstrates value. Must be comfortable taking abstract and large ideas and painting a picture with words and visuals which captivate an audience. This person will be comfortable turning high-level requirements into effective presentations. They must be articulate and have strong abilities to engage with senior leaders and understand problem statements and craft a message which is clear in laying out the problem and it's solution.
In this role, you will
- Manage and develop multiple initiatives with focus on implementing and delivering long-term strategies, policies, and process advancements for cross-functional stakeholders, and internal and external partners
- Act as a Business Execution advisor to leadership to drive performance and initiatives, and develop and implement information delivery or presentations to key stakeholders and senior management
- Lead the strategy and resolution of highly complex and unique challenges related to Business Execution that require solid analytical skills, extensive knowledge of Business Execution, and understanding of business, delivering longer term and large scale solutions
- Provide vision, direction, and expertise to senior leadership for implementing innovative and significant business solutions that are large scale and cross organizational
- Lead team meetings or steering committee to facilitate decision making and support implementation of recommendations and plans
- Strategically engage with all levels of professionals and managers across multiple lines of businesses and serve as an experienced advisor to the leadership
Required Qualifications
- 7+ years of Business Execution, Implementation, or Strategic Planning experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following work experience, training, military experience, education

- Strategic planning experience in translating leadership vision into executable strategies and initiatives
- Demonstrated ability to operate and thrive in an agile working environment
- Ability to communicate effectively, in both written and verbal formats, with senior executive-level leaders
- Ability to turn preliminary or ambiguous information, ideas, or problems into well-defined plans and solutions
- Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail and accuracy
- Experience delivering results in a fast-paced, deadline driven environment
- Works independently while keeping management informed
- Experience managing in a complex, matrixed environment and comfortable leading and executing through influence.
- Ability to organize and manage multiple priorities
- Must be able to comprehend, analyze and interpret documents with the ability to note critical takeaways
- Prior Big 4 consulting experience
