As the Regulatory Reporting Operations Analyst in our Talent Attraction team, you will spend each day defining, refining, and delivering the Regulatory Report to Government Bodies to meet the needs of Regulator requirements. Demonstrating ideas to implement any new/ changes in regulatory requirements as part of best practices, you will leverage your deep understanding of strong analytical to make informed the efficient process flow to deliver to each of our businesses. Job responsibilities
- Prepare the Regulatory Report to Government Bodies as required (BI, OJK, PPATK, etc.) in compliance to the policy, procedure and regulation.
- Ensure that all relevant internal & regulatory reports are completed timely & accurately.
- Responsible for Nostro Reconciliation & Investigation and control processing, including counterparty set up and static data set up.
- Regularly update SOP to improve efficiency & control.
- Response to internal and external queries.
- Escalate unusual problems to officers.
- Participate in local & regional project as needed.
- Perform Testing and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) on new or enhanced systems.
- Provide data related to audit queries.
- Implement any new regulatory requirements as well as relevant new / revised internal policy.
- Perform non-routine tasks as directed by Supervisor.
- Take duty of Mailing and filing.
Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills
- University degree in Banking/Accounting/Finance plus training or courses.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience working as a Bank Operational Clerk or in the Operation space with the banking industry
- Strong knowledge in accounting
- Experience in Bank operation and procedures
- Strong PC applications (Excel, MS Access, Macro, Power Point, etc.).
- Excellent multi-tasking & time management skills
- Exceptional attention to details

- Ability to understand deeply on the concept of the report based on the Regulatory regulation.
- Ability to create ideas on a vision and actionable to effectively focus on innovation related to report automation.
