Operations Senior Associate
oversees operational activities and client inquiries
for some of our largest Asset Owner clients on the West Coast
.
This role monitors and helps govern the performance of all business unit
s
hared
s
ervice
t
eams, Global
CoEs
and Service Delivery operations as it relates to the overall service
level for our
clients.
As
Client Service Operations Senior
Associate
you will
- Support the identification and resolution of work processing issues to streamline operations.
- Participate in task realignment activities including identification of work to be realigned, drafting
- procedures
- and providing training and support to new processing teams.
- Monitor day-to-day service delivery of Business Unit shared service teams and COEs for assigned clients.
- Respond in a timely manner to both internal and external inquiries.
- Build and
- maintain
- strong client and inter-departmental relationships.
- Escalate unresolved issues or problems to Officer/AVP/VP.
- During the course of
- normal day-to-day operations,
- be responsible for
- identifying
- any unusual or potentially suspicious transaction activity and report and/or escalate
- in accordance with
- corporate policy and guidelines detailed in relevant operating procedures.
