Summary
Under immediate supervision, the Operations Associate II in New Accounts Capital Markets reviews, processes, and monitors new and existing Institutional DVP customer account information and required documentation.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
- Review and process Institutional DVP client-related documents, which may include making updates to account information and adding settlement instructions.
- Review daily reports as related to new and existing accounts.
- Provide customer service to branch offices through phone calls, emails, or other communication.
- Assist in opening foreign and domestic new accounts through various methods.
- Review and interpret Institutional formation documents for new and existing customers.
- Provide ideas/assists with projects to improve processing quality and/or efficiency and assists in resolving complex department issues.
Qualifications
- Excellent communication and administrative skills.
- Exceptional organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work in a team environment and ability to meet assigned deadlines.
- Provide a high level of customer service.
- Shifts may vary between the department hours of 800 a.m. to 615 p.m.
Education & Experience
- Minimum Required Associates degree in Business or related field or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Minimum Required 3+ years' professional business related experience.
Systems & Technology
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint.
