What is the opportunity?
You will be
responsible
Assisting the management of the Billing & Working Capital Team. Full training will be provided.
What will you do?
- Production and processing of monthly/quarterly bills and associated schedules for distribution to clients
- Maintaining key data spreadsheets relating to billing details to track and monitor the billing cycle
- Involvement in the timely process of collecting cash and controlling debtor levels
- Assisting with the communication of outstanding Fee Payments
- Cash Allocation on receipt of the fee payments to client accounts
- Support the business with internal billing queries and reporting including assistance on core billing platforms
- Provide 5 Series system support for fiduciaries teams
- Regular liaison with other divisional teams such as finance, onboarding, Cessations and Client Handling teams
- Support the business with Time sheet management and development of business processes
- Providing Reporting data and management information to wider RBC Teams
