Scope and Responsibilities
Following an internal move for a long standing member of the London corporate accounting team, a new hire is required to provide support to the team and take ownership of critical finance tasks, including but not limited to
- Reporting (monthly, annual, quarterly and regulatory) for specific legal entities within EMEA region
- Support the Finance function in the implementation of a new accounting system
- Liaising with auditors during audit periods
- Taking responsibility for specific accounts or functional areas across all entities
- Participating in and preparing ad hoc projects and analysis to support senior and executive management teams as assigned.
- Assist with quarterly reporting to FCA, VAT returns and ad hoc reporting to other bodies such as ONS
- Ad-hoc analysis and support to other team members
Experience Required
Recently qualified Accountant (ACA/ACCA/CIMA) direct from practice or from another finance team. Asset Management industry experience an advantage but willing to consider and coach any candidates with the right skill set and personal attributes.
